The person who builds it is the person you talk to

Four specialists, no account-management layer. Whoever is working in your account is the one who explains it on the call.

Mahmudul Hasan

Founder

Mahmudul started Hyperlink Digital around a simple frustration: too many accounts were being managed confidently against numbers nobody had checked. Agencies were reporting growth that the client's own bank statement did not show, and nobody wanted to be the one to open the tracking and look.

He leads client engagements from the first audit onward — deciding what gets fixed first, setting the targets the account is managed against, and making the call when the honest answer is that we are not the right fit. He stays close enough to the accounts to answer questions about them without checking with someone else.

Arafat Rahman

Co-Founder

Arafat runs the delivery side: what gets built, in what order, and whether it holds up once it is live. He is the reason engagements have a written scope and a defined finish line rather than drifting into open-ended retainers.

Most of his time goes into the implementation work that sits between strategy and reporting — tag manager builds, server-side collection, the unglamorous QA that catches a trigger firing on the wrong event before a client notices it in their numbers. He also handles handovers, on the view that documentation nobody can follow is not documentation.

Mohammad Mottakin

Analytics Expert

Mottakin owns the measurement layer. Event taxonomy, GA4 rebuilds, ecommerce tracking, and the reconciliation work that decides whether the platform's numbers can be trusted against the order table.

His standard is deliberately awkward: a reported conversion should correspond to something that actually happened in the business, and where a gap remains it should be explainable rather than argued away. That usually means finding the duplicate tag, the counting setting left on default, or the refunds that were never fed back — and it is why we audit before we manage.

Juel Ahmed

Content Creator

Juel handles the words and creative that carry the campaigns: ad copy, landing page content, and the message-match work that makes sure a page delivers on whatever the ad promised.

He runs copy as structured tests rather than rolling edits, so a change can be judged rather than just felt. He also writes the case stories and the blog, which means the same person who has to explain the work publicly is close enough to it to explain it accurately.

How we operate

Deliberately small

Four people, a limited number of accounts at a time. The work that makes the difference — auditing tracking, reading query data properly, structuring a test so its result means something — does not get faster by adding logins to a rota.

The trade-off is that we sometimes have no capacity. When that happens we say so rather than take the work and staff it thinly.
